Lindsay received her Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University after achieving a Bachelors of Kinesiology. Lindsay has extensive experience in the private sector managing patients with various demographics and fitness levels. She also has experience as a strength and conditioning coach working with athletes on a professional and amateur level. Her clinical experience includes rehabilitating individuals from athletic injuries, motor vehicle accidents, orthopaedic surgeries, stroke/neurological/brain injuries, ICU admissions, cardiorespiratory distress, and work-related injuries. Lindsay has a particular interest in knee injuries, head injuries, and sports related injuries. She is passionate about helping others achieve the best version of themselves. Lindsay’s approach to rehabilitation is patient-centered and holistic while utilising a combination of hands-on therapy, movement-based rehab, and education. She strives to instill confidence in her patients to optimise results.
